The customer contacted Eydens Locksmiths Coventry at 07h00 to explain his situation and to add that because he was a gas engineer, he had to be on-site as soon as possible as he was on a tight deadline to complete a job.
He was invited to come over to our workshop and arrived at 08h10. Our expert installer started working on the vehicle immediately and by 09h10 the customer left our workshop with a brand-new deadlock and protection shield fitted to his van to make it secure.
He was able to carry on to work with the absolute minimum of disruption.
